Cela me fascinait mais j\u2019\u00e9tais loin d\u2019imaginer qu\u2019un jour, je concevrai et fabriquerai mes propres couteaux.<br \/>\nLa base, \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 la d\u00e9couverte du travail du bois, au cours d\u2019un stage chez un de mes oncles et la certitude que j\u2019\u00e9tais fait pour servir ce mat\u00e9riau noble. Une passion naissante qui a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur un dipl\u00f4me des M\u00e9tiers d\u2019Art en \u00e9b\u00e9nisterie.<br \/>\nEnsuite, j\u2019ai exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 diverses pistes dans le travail du bois tout en fabriquant, presque en secret, mes premiers couteaux. Les encouragements des mes proches dans un premier temps et les demandes de plus en plus nombreuses : \u00ab  Tu pourrais pas me fabriquer mon couteau,  je r\u00eave depuis que je suis tout petit d\u2019un couteau qui serait rien qu\u2019\u00e0 moi !\u00bb m\u2019ont convaincu que je pouvais partager avec vous et avec d\u2019autres le go\u00fbt du bel objet qu\u2019on est fier de sortir et de montrer.<br \/>\nAujourd\u2019hui, je fabrique et continue de cr\u00e9er des nouveaux mod\u00e8les en me nourrissant des retours des uns et des autres. je propose \u00e9galement des planches \u00e0 d\u00e9couper et des bijoux en bois et m\u00e9tal. <\/p>\n<p>Je suis heureux de partager mon univers avec vous et suis impatient d\u2019\u00e9changer avec vous.<\/p>\n<p>Paul class=\"penci-heading-content entry-content\"><p>Tout les bois que j\u2019utilise, sauf pour les planches \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, sont soit r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s, soit achet\u00e9s \u00e0 une entreprise qui recycle les chutes d'autres entreprises.Dans la m\u00eame d\u00e9marche \u00e9co-responsable, toute les finitions bois sont faites \u00e0 base d'huile de lin sans siccatif, pour une protection efficace et naturelle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"penci-ercol-50 penci-ercol-order-2 class=\"penci-heading-content entry-content\"><p>L'acier utilis\u00e9 pour les lames est choisi sp\u00e9cifiquement par rapport \u00e0 ces caract\u00e9ristiques techniques (r\u00e9sistance du tranchant, d\u00fbret\u00e9 de l'acier...) et en vue de l'utilisation de chaque couteau, ce qui assure leur parfaite qualit\u00e9 et long\u00e9vit\u00e9.<br \/>\nJe propose \u00e9galement une gamme que j'appelle \"Habillage de lame\" (HL) qui sont des couteaux pour lesquels je fa\u00e7onne un manche pour une lame d\u00e9j\u00e0 existante.
